A PASTOR with COMPASSION

Bishop Bart Pierce serves as the Senior Pastor of RCC. He and his wife, Coralee, have been married since 1970 and have three children, seven grandchildren and two great grandchildren. To many, he is Bishop Pierce, but to his church, he is Father – a voice of wisdom, hope, encouragement, and vision. Bishop and his wife have a calling to express the reality of God’s Kingdom through compassion ministry. For over thirty years it has been their heart to reach out to the lost and hurting, which they have done by pioneering the Ministries of Compassion (MOC). They are also passionate about seeing this generation realize their purpose and pursue their destiny in God.

Bishop Pierce also provides apostolic oversight to churches in the US as well as several countries of the world. He has a passion for seeing the body of Christ unite for the advancement of the Kingdom of God. He works to promote unity in the city of Baltimore by fostering relationships with area pastors and churches. He is in his element when he speaks to leaders and both practices and teaches personal wealth generation for the advancement the Kingdom.

Bishop Pierce has authored five books: Seeking Our Brothers, Cover Me in the Day of Battle, and The BribeThe 5G Shift, and The Sent, The Removed, The Disqualified.

 

Pastor Jim Kilmartin

Pastor Jim Kilmartin is a staff pastor at Rock City Church transitioning from his role as the Founder and Senior Pastor of Center City Church in Altoona, PA. Jim is a dedicated husband and a father of 6 kids. He is the Founder of Joshua House, a dynamic youth outreach ministry, and the Owner/Operator of Pinnacle Cleaning Services, a commercial cleaning company, servicing the Central Pennsylvania area. Jim served as the mayor of Tyrone, PA from 2006-2010, as well as a past Program Manager of the Blair Chamber’s Young Entrepreneurs Academy (YEA!). Jim strongly believes in living his faith. He is called to be a model of faith-based leadership; teaching others that an individual’s faith journey must continue outside of the Church.

Jim was ordained and commissioned into Ministry on November 22, 1998, when he started Joshua House in Tyrone, PA as a ministry to at-risk youth. The Ministry of Joshua House has steadily grown from meeting in his parents’ basement to a storefront to a re-purposed fire-hall and now to the newly purchased Tyrone Armory, in Tyrone, PA.

Jim and his wife, Jessica, served on the leadership and pastoral teams together at Keystone Church in State College since the early 2000s. On August 28, 2016, Pastors Perry and Jacquie Babb and Keystone Church commissioned and launched the Kilmartins to follow God’s calling and plant Center City Church in Altoona, PA. Jim & Jessica Kilmartin are ordained through Rock City Church Fellowship under the leadership of Bishop Bart Pierce in Baltimore, Maryland.

Along with extensive faith-based leadership work and successful business operations, Jim continues to grow Joshua House through the largest PA-based three on three basketball tournament, HoopsFest.

Pastor Jessica Kilmartin

Jessica Kilmartin is an enthusiastic worship leader, teacher, and ordained minister.  She has been called to share her gifts, bringing others to a personal relationship with Christ. As a young girl, Jessica dedicated herself to growing His Kingdom by accepting the missions He assigned to her.  Part of this openness led her to meet and fall in love with her now husband, Jim.

Jessica has been married to Jim Kilmartin, since 2000 and works alongside him in ministry. They have six beautiful children: Blaise, Alexis, AJ, Triumph, Benjamin, and KarisAnn. Jessica is passionate about leading her family to live purposeful and consecrated lives dedicated to the Father.

For the past 18 years, she has led worship, pastored, and worked closely with Jim in running a youth ministry, Joshua House in Tyrone, PA.  Jessica and her family are all avid sports enthusiasts and together founded HoopsFest, Central PA’s largest street basketball tournament.  She served as the first lady of Tyrone, PA when Jim was mayor from 2006-2010.  Jim and Jessica moved their family to Altoona, PA, when they planted Center City Church. They are now on staff at Rock City Church and in the process of transitioning full-time to Baltimore, Maryland.
