Pattern and Principle, Pt. 2

All of life is based on principles and following patterns. Patterns are ways in which the universe operates. You can become successful and prosper if you base your life on principles and find the patterns that work for you. Everything in life is based on principle. People who live by personality, preference or prejudice have no bedrock in which to build their lives and they end up falling. Their foundation is shifting, movable and unsteady. Their whole foundation is constantly moving. They can be talked out of their decision from one day to the next. People who make decisions by prejudice can be dead wrong, having it proved to them, yet, remain steadfast on the wrong path, doing the wrong thing, in the wrong way. The more you build your life on the principle, the higher your highs, the straighter your path, and the greater your life will be.
Romans 7:21, “I find then the principle of evil is present in me the one who wants to do good.” Paul said that it’s a principle. I know that principle. It’s the principle of sin. Then, there are life principles in God’s Word that make up his Kingdom and its entire operation. Say, “Lord, let me be a principle driven person.” Don’t you want to be a principle person? One that says, “Look! I am a principled person. One that believes in truth.” Do you believe this Book is the foundation of all truth? Do you believe He’s the author and finisher of our faith? Remember! You become successful and prosper when you base your life on principles and you find the patterns that work for you.
A great principle to incorporate back into your life is the principle of reading. Don’t miss this! Reading is a principle in your life. The loss of the habit of reading is a gain in the realm of ignorance. Most of the crazy mess going on, with all of the various groups rising up and clashing, even to the point of death, is based on ignorance. People who follow political morons. Like, when they grab socialism but don’t look at history. Just look at Venezuela, if you want to see what socialism looks like. It’s totally a socialism collapse. Cuba is a socialist/communist collapse. People like Bernie Sanders use it because it’s a platform they know they can deceive people with, and Satan uses their voice to deceive many. Socialism, and all the ‘isms’, are based on no biblical knowledge, or perversion of the truth of God’s Word.
There are four principles we all start learning in our journey as human beings. First, listening. It’s the first part of your journey. When you’re a brand new little baby, you don’t have any words, so all there is for you to do is listen. That’s your first learning experience. Second, is speaking. So, you first listen as a baby, then your mom and dad say, “Say Mommy. Daddy.” You repeat it, and now you have a vocabulary, limited as it is. Reading is the third one. Fourth is writing. You get taught to read the simplest books, and then you begin to write something out. Four learning pieces. Listening, talking, reading and writing.

Lord, it is by faith we stand (2 Corinthians 1:24). I want to have so much faith that I am fully convinced that whatever You have promised to me, You will also be able to perform it in my life (Romans 4:21). I know that faith is a gift from You, and I pray that my faith, no matter how it is tested by fire, will glorify You and bring all the praise and honor and glory that belong to You. Thank You that You have given me Your Word whereby my faith can be increased. Help me to grow in my understanding of it. May Your Word be so mixed with my faith that it will glorify You (Hebrews 4:2).
