He’s going to war! Psalm 24:8, “Who is the King of Glory? The Lord strong and mighty, the Lord mighty in battle.” Who is He? He’s the King of Glory! Identify Him! He is the Lord mighty in battle. God has never gotten in a war that He didn’t win! We have to reacquaint ourselves in relationship to God, because some of the passiveness of people, today, in the culture of compromise and political correctness, has people wanting a god who’s always going around, “Peace, peace.”

He’s the God of peace but he’s also the God of war! I’m a lot of things… I’m a father, a brother, a husband…. When I’m dad, I’m also pastor. Just ask my kids! There’s a lot of things you can’t separate. We need to understand… We say, “Come Lord! Show Up!” And all of a sudden you wonder why all Hell breaks loose!! Well, because, he’s fighting. He’s fighting to get to Daniel to bring his prayer. He has to fight through the Prince of Persia and demonic forces. He can’t even bring an answer to prayer without a battle to get there!

You’re praying and you’re wondering why you don’t feel all… tulips and flowers floating from Heaven… Well, He’s been beating the snot out of the demonic forces that have been encamped about you because he can’t get the breakthrough unless he comes as a warrior. Revelation 19:11, “Then I saw heaven standing open and there before me was a white horse, whose rider is called Faithful and True. With righteousness he judges and wages war.”

Even at the end, even in the rapture mindset of people, even in the return of the Lord, He’s not coming with peace lilies, He’s coming to do war!
