I had a person in my office, recently, who had a battle in their life and marriage. I said to them, “Okay, what did you fight about last week?” The person said, “Um, I can’t remember. It was a knock down drag out, but I can’t remember why we fought.” See, it’s because of Leviathan, that crocodile. When a crocodile gets its prey, it grabs it and rolls over. We’ll be reading from Job 41 and Isaiah 27, but I want you to come with me just to get you through the process of understanding.

In Psalms 56:5 David complained about some enemies that he had. He said that they were always twisting what he said. That’s the spirit that’s loose in the church and it’s loose on the earth. You’ve got to hear me when I tell you this. Demonic spirits are spirits and they don’t die. They just trade and get a new body. When Hitler died, those legions of demons that were controlling him left his body and went on the earth searching for their next assignment. Spirits don’t die! So, the spirits that were put on the earth through the fallen angels, one third of them, those demonic forces start to operate and those spirits begin to occupy people, because they have to have a body to work through.

With the right amount of demonic spin, confusions and suspicions are sewn between the best of friends. The enemy keeps twisting things until they break. If you’ll read Acts 15 you’ll see this. The rhythm is always the same. Twisting and separation of man. Twisting and more separation, until there’s division.

Do you know that the Bible says that’s what the enemy does? He keeps twisting until there’s division. That’s how we got denominationalism. God’s body was not meant to be a Methodist, Baptist, Lutheran. That kept dividing. God never meant for it to divide. The first church was called The Way. See, what happens is we keep feeding Leviathan. And, as we feed him, he keeps devouring people and he captures them, twisting. That’s why in marriage and business and church life people get a twisted view of the truth that’s spoken.
