At Rock City Church, we deeply value families and are committed to helping every member grow in their walk with God—together. From engaging activities for youth and a Christ-centered education at Rock Church Academy (K2–12th grade), to our fun-filled Camp Rock summer camp, we’re here to support your family all year long. We offer marriage seminars, parenting resources, men’s and women’s breakfasts, and more—all designed to strengthen your faith and your family. At Rock City Church, we love families, and we want to see yours thrive in God’s purpose and presence.

Men’s Ministry (Manhunt)
Next Meeting: April 26, 2025
ManHunt- The Men’s Ministry is focused on building strong men in every area of life. Through set times of prayer, teaching, and fellowship our goal is to impart into men a commitment and a strength to stand in every situation. Each Quarter, the men assemble for a breakfast and fellowship. Call the church office for the next date or more information (410) 882-2217.
Lamentations 2:19 (NIV)
Arise, cry out in the night, as the watches of the night begin; pour out your heart like water in the presence of the Lord. Lift up your hands to him for the lives of your children, who faint from hunger at the head of every street.
As men we need to pray for our families, our nation, and those in leadership. Men need other men to be sharpened and challenged in God. The prayer room is open 24/7 for prayer.
Our focus isn’t having specific men’s events, but it is on the development of enduring relationships centered on the Kingdom of God. It is important that the men of the church are built up and are strong in their faith in God and in their relationships with one another.

Women Empowered for Kingdom Purpose! Women Empowered (WE) is a ministry for women of all ages. Our purpose is to empower and equip women to live abundant lives according to the Word of God. Our vision is to see women’s lives changed as they grow deeper in the things of God, and to minister through mentorship, teaching God’s Word, worship, prayer and fellowship.
Throughout the year we hold various events from fun nights with games to more serious meetings with teaching and breaking into small groups to share. Through the ministry of Women Empowered we are seeing friendships made, relationships strengthened, and the lives of our women being equipped to be and do what they were created for. The ladies are encouraged to work out their salvation daily, facing every situation with a confidence that God is able and He wants to use them, because each one is a valuable member of the Body. Titus 2:3-4.
Our Women’s Events are a time for:
Fellowship
Mentoring
Friendship
Servants, sharing and caring
Fun times and times of refreshing

Apparent Awakening
Apparent Awakening is a powerful quarterly conference dedicated to equipping and empowering parents to raise their children with strong, faith-centered values. In a culture that often challenges biblical truth and seeks to push God out of society, this event provides practical tools, biblical guidance, and a supportive community to help families stand firm. Join us as we awaken to the call of purposeful parenting and prepare the next generation to walk boldly in truth.
