The purpose of the gifts of God are for equipping the saints to do ministry. The church is known as Ekklesia (Ecclesia) in the Greek. God wants you in a place to equip you to fulfill the work of the ministry. You need to realize that their is an enemy waging war against the church. Leviathan is a snake that sneaks in to prey on the church and cause you not to fulfill your purpose in God.
